An original Oregon collaboration!

This is for a 4-ounce glass atomizer of Oregon grown conifer hydrosol/distillate (essential oil and purified water) that I procured directly from Canopy Oils and the Oregon Woodland Cooperative. On a balmy summer Saturday, my partner and I drove into the coast range just west of Portland to see for ourselves the responsibly and sustainably pruned conifers that grow on privately owned forested property. The glass bottle is finished with beautiful artwork titled “Serenity”, created by Oregon (and more recently, Washington) artist Michelle Boucher of Fox Heart Art. Michelle is one of my favorite illustrators; she uses pen, ink and watercolor to create beautiful images inspired by animals, nature and the female form. For Michelle, “art is about connection... connection to people and a connection to nature. I strive to reflect this in my paintings. We are all connected.”

These conifer distillates are made exclusively from pesticide-free and native-to-Oregon tree species. It makes a lovely and unusual room/linen spray and cooling face refresher that immediately transports one to shady evergreen forests.

• Pine blend

• Incense Cedar (cool fact: cedar has naturally antifungal properties, so this doubles as a light cleanser for yoga and Pilates mats!)

• Or you can request a custom blend or be surprised.
